Dekalb Gynecology Associates strives to provide low cost abortions to our clients. Full payment is required prior to the procedure. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards and bank cards. We accept personal checks only after verification. Insurance reimbursement must be verified in advance and it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to see if and how much they will pay for the abortion procedure. You will be responsible for any money that your insurance does not cover. We must verify your insurance prior to the procedure. We offer discounts for Medicaid clients. Discounts are also available to students with a valid school ID. Our fee schedule is as follows:

	Abortion (6 to 12 weeks): $385
	Abortion (12 to 13 weeks): $485
	Abortion (6 to 13 weeks) with Medicaid: $200
	Abortion (6 to 13 weeks) with Student ID: $250
	Abortion Pill (5 to 7 weeks and includes follow-up exams): $600
	Executive clientele Abortion (only client present in office): $750

Obesity (>250 lb.): $100

Fibroids: $50

Twin pregnancy: $50

Sonogram (outside of abortion scan): $100
